1. The Program is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older.
• Possess valid identification (e.g., National ID, Passport).
• Meet Atlantic Phones’ financing approval requirements.

1. All financing applications are subject to approval by Atlantic Phones.

• Financing Options:
  Atlantic Phones offers flexible installment plans for mobile device purchases. Specific terms, including interest rates, repayment periods, and associated fees, will be disclosed at the time of application.
• Promotional Offers:
  Customers presenting an SMS from Pod Solutions at the Atlantic Phones Osu branch may receive additional offers, subject to validation.

1. Customers must:

• Visit the Atlantic Phones Osu branch and present the SMS received from Pod Solutions for verification.
• Provide all required documentation as requested by Atlantic Phones.

2. Atlantic Phones will validate the SMS and maintain a record of verified leads.

1. Payment plans and schedules will be determined by Atlantic Phones upon approval of the financing application.
2. Customers must make timely payments as per the agreed installment schedule. Late payments may result in penalties or affect future financing eligibility.

1. Pod Solutions and Atlantic Phones comply with applicable data protection laws, including Ghana’s Data Protection Act.
2. Any personal information provided for participation in the Program will only be used for:

• Processing financing applications.
• Program-related communication and updates.

3. Customers’ data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

1. SMS messages sent by Pod Solutions are solely for informational purposes regarding the Program.
2. Customers must present the SMS at the Osu branch to qualify as a valid lead under this Program.

1. Pod Solutions and Atlantic Phones will not be liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by delays in financing approval or delivery of devices.
• Failure to qualify for financing due to inaccurate or incomplete documentation.

2.  Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Pod Solutions and Atlantic Phones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application process.
2. Customers must comply with the financing terms, including making timely payments and adhering to any device usage terms.

1. Pod Solutions and Atlantic Phones reserve the right to terminate participation in the Program for:

• Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity during the application process.

2.  In the event of termination, any outstanding balances must be settled immediately.

1. Any disputes arising under this Program shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the customer and Atlantic Phones.
2. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. The arbitration decision will be final and binding.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.

Pod Solutions and Atlantic Phones reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via the Pod Solutions website or SMS communication.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer, Pod Solutions, and Atlantic Phones regarding the Program. No other terms, express or implied, shall apply unless specifically agreed in writing by all parties.
