Applies To: All customers who have purchased a device through Pod Solutions’ financing program.
This policy outlines the conditions and process under which a customer may request a refund for a financed device. It ensures transparency, protects customer rights, and sets clear guidelines for handling disputes or reversals.
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Early Closure of Loan (Overpayment): Any excess funds paid beyond the outstanding balance may be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Device returned with missing accessories or box, unless otherwise agreed
Refund may take 3–7 working days to reflect
Where applicable, refunds may be subject to deductions:
If a customer disagrees with a refund decision:
This refund policy is subject to revision and will be reviewed annually or when business processes change significantly.
