Delete Your Pod Account

At Pod Solutions, we respect your right to control your data. If you no longer wish to use the Pod Mobile App and would like to request deletion of your account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log into the Pod App using your registered mobile number and PIN.

  2. Navigate to Profile > Account Settings.

  3. Tap “Delete My Account” at the bottom of the settings menu.

  4. Confirm your request by entering your PIN or biometric ID.

  5. You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email once your request has been submitted.

  6. Alternatively, you may email your request to: support@podgh.com with the subject: "Account Deletion Request", including your full name and registered mobile number.
